Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Psychology or a related subject
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning in a secondary or sixth form setting
- Strong understanding of assessment and feedback strategies to support student progress
- Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for education and a values-driven approach to teaching
Preferred
- Experience in a high-achieving, performance-driven educational environment
- Experience with curriculum development and leadership in a departmental setting
- Knowledge of current trends and research in Psychology education
- Experience with using technology to enhance teaching and learning
