Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Psychology or a related subject
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning in a secondary or sixth form setting
  • Strong understanding of assessment and feedback strategies to support student progress
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for education and a values-driven approach to teaching

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-achieving, performance-driven educational environment
  • Experience with curriculum development and leadership in a departmental setting
  • Knowledge of current trends and research in Psychology education
  • Experience with using technology to enhance teaching and learning
