The Opportunity:

As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the school and requires a proactive, multi-tasking individual who can manage a fast-paced front desk with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and ensure a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, staff, and visitors.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks and support school staff as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organised and professional reception area at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Assist with general office administration and support the business support team.
  • Undertake first aid training as required.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage a demanding workload efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a school or customer service environment.
