Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching English at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge in English Literature and Language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching at A-Level.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Experience with using technology in the classroom.
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership roles within the department.
