Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver sports coaching programs for students across all age groups.
- Assist with the planning and management of sports events and functions throughout the school calendar.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, promoting physical well-being and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of sports-related activities and events.
- Maintain and update sports equipment and facilities as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the sports program and student welfare.
- Engage in additional residential duties as required, supporting the boarding community.
- Contribute to the overall culture and ethos of the school through active participation in school life.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A graduate or equivalent with a strong interest in education and sports.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and live on campus.
- Commitment to student welfare and the promotion of a positive school environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take on additional responsibilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or sports coaching.
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of sports programs and activities suitable for a range of age groups.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies.
