The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced School Administrator/Receptionist to join our Primary School community on a term-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and support the smooth running of the school office
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records using ISAMS and other relevant software
  • Support safeguarding procedures and ensure compliance with policies
  • Assist with event coordination and school communications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and positive working environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working as a school administrator
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and ICT
  • Experience using ISAMS
  • Excellent communication skills in person, by telephone, and in writing
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Experience with international students or families
