The Opportunity:

As a School Chaplain, you will play a central role in nurturing faith and Gospel values across the school community. You will provide pastoral care to both students and staff while contributing to the strategic development of the Chaplaincy. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to students and staff
• Support the development and delivery of the Chaplaincy programme
• Promote the school’s Catholic ethos and Gospel values
• Collaborate with teaching and pastoral staff to support student well-being
• Engage with the school community through co-curricular activities
• Deliver religious education and liturgical services
• Maintain strong communication with parents and the wider community
• Contribute to the school’s mission of developing strong, compassionate, and courageous young women

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Practising Roman Catholic
• Strong pastoral and spiritual leadership skills
• Experience in a school or pastoral role
• Ability to work effectively in a team and across different age groups
• Commitment to the school’s Catholic ethos and values

Preferred

• Experience in a Chaplaincy or similar role in an educational setting
• Experience with religious education and liturgical planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to contribute to co-curricular activities
