• Ensure compliance with data policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present data reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making.
• Work with external bodies and partners where required for data sharing and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in school data management and analysis.
• Strong IT and data analysis skills with the ability to use relevant software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred

• Experience with school data systems such as Arbor.
• Experience in a school or educational setting.
• Knowledge of data reporting tools and techniques.
• Experience in supporting colleagues with data usage and training.
