The Opportunity:

As a School Data Manager, you will lead data management, analysis, and reporting to drive school improvement and excellence. You will work closely with school leaders and trust teams to ensure data is used effectively for decision-making and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate school data across all systems.
  • Analyze data to support school improvement and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with school leaders and trust data teams to ensure data is used effectively.
  • Support and train colleagues in the use of data tools and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the development of data strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in school data management and analysis.
  • Strong IT and data analysis skills, with experience using school management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred

  • Experience with Arbor or similar school data systems.
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of data reporting tools and software.
  • Experience in training colleagues on data usage and systems.
