Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainable farming practices that support educational goals.
• Support students in developing practical skills, knowledge, and a love for the natural world.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant qualifications in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a school or educational setting, particularly in a farm or land-based role.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and crop management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to student welfare and educational development.
