Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated staff team to deliver outstanding educational outcomes.
- Develop and implement a clear, ambitious vision for the school’s academic and leadership programmes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high standards across all areas of school life.
- Ensure the school maintains its high Ofsted rating and continues to achieve exceptional results.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the local community.
- Oversee the management of school resources, budgets, and strategic priorities.
- Promote the school’s values and mission through effective leadership and communication.
- Support the development of staff and students through leadership and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, including as a Principal or Deputy Principal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
- A clear vision for school improvement and a commitment to educational excellence.
- Experience in managing and leading a high-performing school environment.
Preferred
- Experience in a faith-based or inclusive educational setting.
- Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and school performance.
- Experience with leadership development programmes and character education.
- A strong understanding of the Star Academies values and mission.
