Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils through tailored interventions to enhance their learning and personal development.
- Deliver high-quality instruction and guidance in line with the school’s academic and leadership programme.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and the wider Star community to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Manage and deliver training and leadership development activities for students and staff.
- Ensure the safe and effective delivery of all programmes, including Arms Range Management qualifications.
- Motivate and engage students to achieve their full potential through leadership and personal development opportunities.
- Work closely with the school and Star Academies to align with shared values and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Arms Range Management Qualification, Stages 1-3.
- UK Forces experience.
- Management or leadership experience.
- Strong organisational and technical skills.
- Ability to motivate cadets and staff effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
Preferred
- Experience in education or youth development.
- Background in leadership training or development.
- Experience working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
