Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching English at the appropriate level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a shared vision.

Preferred

  • Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.

  • Experience in a school trust or similar multi-academy environment.
