Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in curriculum leadership within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge in science, with the ability to lead and inspire others.
  • Experience in developing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to inclusion and student-centered learning.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading curriculum development across multiple year groups.
  • Familiarity with the Inclusion Mark and best practices in inclusive education.
  • Experience in working with students with a range of abilities and needs.
  • Knowledge of current science education trends and research.
