Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Science lessons that engage and challenge students at all levels.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Department to develop and implement curriculum improvements.

- Provide pastoral care and guidance to students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
- Participate in staff development and training to enhance teaching practice and outcomes.

- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Science.
- Proven experience in teaching Science at the appropriate level.
- Up-to-date with current curriculum developments and teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental improvement initiatives.
- Involvement in extracurricular Science activities or enrichment programmes.
- Familiarity with inclusive teaching practices and support for students with special educational needs.
- Experience with assessment and data analysis to inform teaching strategies.
