The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Science Teacher to join our dynamic and growing department. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching that inspires students and develops their scientific inquiry and problem-solving skills. This role offers the opportunity to teach at A Level or BTEC level and make a meaningful impact on student learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Science lessons aligned with the British Curriculum and GCSE requirements
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in Science
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and scientific inquiry
• Support students in preparing for A Level or BTEC qualifications
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school to enhance cross-subject learning
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Degree in Science or a relevant field
• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven experience teaching Science within the British Curriculum
• Strong GCSE background in Science
• Ability to teach at A Level or BTEC level

Preferred

• Experience delivering A Level or BTEC qualifications
• Background in teaching English as a first language
• Experience working in an international school setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
