The Opportunity:

As a Science Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering Chemistry, Physics, and General Science to students in an international curriculum setting. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Chemistry, Physics, and General Science in line with international curriculum standards.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with curriculum requirements.
• Foster analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making in students.
• Track and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Integrate innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance student learning.
• Supervise and support co-curricular activities and school-related projects.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor of Education (BEd) or equivalent.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and/or higher degree (MA/MS/MBA).
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in teaching.

Preferred

• Experience teaching in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with IB, IGCSE, or A-Level curricula.
• Strong experience with technology integration in the classroom.
• Demonstrated success in student engagement and academic achievement.
