Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in a science subject.
  • Proven experience in teaching science at the secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
  • Experience in pastoral care or student support.
  • Leadership experience or a track record of successful departmental development.
  • Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
