Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience of teaching to GCSE standard
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement
- Demonstrable experience of achieving positive outcomes for students
Preferred
- Experience in innovation and creativity in teaching
- Experience working in a faith-based or leadership-focused educational setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
