Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant science subject knowledge.
  • Experience in teaching science at secondary level.
  • Commitment to student welfare and inclusive education.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with ECT (Early Career Teacher) development.
  • Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in leading or supporting science-related extracurricular activities.
  • Knowledge of modern science teaching methods and resources.
