Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, real-world lessons in Business Studies across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including GCSE and A-Level.
• Develop students’ analytical, commercial, and entrepreneurial thinking through innovative teaching methods.
• Monitor and support student progress using a range of assessment strategies.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development, creating high-quality teaching resources.
• Support the academic and pastoral wellbeing of students, promoting the school’s values and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and achievement.
• Participate in school events, enrichment activities, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Fluent English speaker.

Preferred

• Experience teaching Business Studies up to A-Level.
• Background in AI-driven learning or technology-enhanced teaching.
• Experience with inter-school competitions or professional development networks.
