Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Performing Arts lessons aligned with the British curriculum, including GCSE and A Level.
• Inspire students through creative, dynamic teaching that encourages expression, innovation, and collaboration.
• Develop and implement formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and the creation of performance-based learning experiences.
• Support the academic and pastoral development of students, promoting the school’s values and expectations.
• Build positive relationships with parents through clear communication about student progress and next steps.
• Actively participate in school productions, events, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to raise the profile of Performing Arts within the school and wider community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred

• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level Performing Arts.
• Ability to teach Drama, Dance, and/or Music.
• Experience with AI-driven learning and innovative teaching methods.
