Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of the school campus and its occupants.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security and caretaking matters.
• Work independently or as part of a team to manage a wide range of security-related issues.
• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the school premises.
• Support the delivery of a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and actions taken.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in a security or similar role with a front-line SIA qualification.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Essential ability to manually handle large items and respond efficiently to urgent matters.
• Flexible approach to work, including willingness to work additional hours and overtime when required.

Preferred

• Full UK driving licence for manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience in a caretaking or customer service role.
• Knowledge of first aid and on-call duties.
