Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to the needs of students.

  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing detailed feedback to stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience in working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and individualised learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student wellbeing and positive behaviour management.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school with a strong faith-based mission.
  • Familiarity with the Catholic ethos and values.
  • Experience in developing and delivering differentiated learning plans.
  • Experience with behaviour management and pastoral support.
