The Opportunity:
As a SENCo Personalisation Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with individualised learning interventions. This is a unique opportunity to shape student success and foster a culture of lifelong learning within a forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to support students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with the Personalisation team to deliver targeted interventions that enhance student achievement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to colleagues and parents.
- Design and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that cater to a wide range of learning styles.
- Support the school’s commitment to STEM learning and student-centred education.
- Work closely with pastoral and academic staff to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.
- Contribute to the development of policies and strategies that promote inclusion and student success.
- Participate in staff training and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in special educational needs and disability (SEND) support.
- Proven ability to create and deliver individualised learning interventions.
- Strong understanding of inclusive education and student-centred pedagogy.
- Experience working within a STEM-focused school environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a mixed-gender school setting.
- Familiarity with the latest educational technologies and tools.
- Leadership experience within a teaching or support team.
- Experience in curriculum development or assessment strategies.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
