The Opportunity:
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the educational experience of students and contribute to the school’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PA-level support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
- Manage the admissions process, including handling referrals and correspondence
- Oversee fee administration and related financial activities
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Support HR administrative tasks, including recruitment and onboarding
- Manage payroll and assist with wider financial administration
- Ensure accurate reporting and maintain high standards of service quality
- Undertake a range of additional administrative tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in supporting senior management teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in managing administrative tasks and workflows
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Experience in education or a related sector
- Knowledge of school operations and administrative systems
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Experience with managing staff teams and training programs
