Summary:

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the educational experience of students and contribute to the school’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide PA-level support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
  • Manage the admissions process, including handling referrals and correspondence
  • Oversee fee administration and related financial activities
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage payroll and assist with wider financial administration
  • Ensure accurate reporting and maintain high standards of service quality
  • Undertake a range of additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in supporting senior management teams
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in managing administrative tasks and workflows
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Experience in education or a related sector
  • Knowledge of school operations and administrative systems
  • Experience with safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Experience with managing staff teams and training programs
