Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience working with young people in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to supporting students with special educational needs
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different key stages
  • Full UK driving licence

Preferred

  • Experience working in a specialist school or with autistic students
  • Knowledge of education, health and care plans
  • Experience in delivering support to students with autism
  • Background in teaching or learning support
