Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with young people in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting students with special educational needs
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different key stages
- Full UK driving licence
Preferred
- Experience working in a specialist school or with autistic students
- Knowledge of education, health and care plans
- Experience in delivering support to students with autism
- Background in teaching or learning support
