The Opportunity:

As a Senior EFL Teacher, you will lead and support a team of educators in delivering a high-quality, innovative English language programme. You will help students aged 11–16 develop their English skills through engaging, learner-centred lessons and project-based learning. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international setting with a strong focus on academic achievement and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of EFL teachers and subject teachers
  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centred lessons using CLIL and project-based methodology
  • Support students in choosing and following a pathway in STEM or Arts, Business and Humanities
  • Contribute to the professional development of teaching staff
  • Ensure all academic administration is completed to a high standard
  • Deliver an innovative and high-quality academic programme
  • Work flexibly within a 24/7 environment, prioritizing the needs of students
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language
  • Leadership experience within an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of CLIL and project-based teaching methodologies
  • Ability to manage and support a team of teachers
  • Experience in delivering academic programmes to students aged 11–16
  • Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care

Preferred

  • Experience with international students
  • Familiarity with academic standards and curricula for secondary education
  • Experience in a summer or short-term school environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
