The Opportunity:

As a Summer School Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a vibrant, residential summer school programme. You will be responsible for managing transport and logistics, supporting the delivery of engaging activities, and contributing to the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transport for all excursions and fortnightly airport transfers.
• Work closely with the Summer School Operations Manager and Activity Manager to deliver a high-quality activity programme.
• Liaise with school staff and external suppliers to manage resources effectively.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Participate in a professional development programme to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support the delivery of a 24/7 summer school programme with flexibility and a strong focus on student welfare.
• Maintain a high standard of service that reflects the school’s reputation and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven experience in event coordination or logistics management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to student welfare and safety.
• Experience in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational or international school setting.
• Familiarity with managing international students.
• Experience with travel and transport logistics.
• Multilingual skills.
