As a Summer School Activity Leader, you will play a key role in delivering an innovative and high-quality activity program for international students aged 11-16. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an engaging and creative activity program aligned with the school's academic and developmental goals.
• Liaise with school staff and external suppliers to coordinate activities and excursions.
• Support the Activity Manager and Assistant Activity Manager in planning and executing the program.
• Ensure all activity administration is completed to a high standard.
• Encourage and support students in using their activity journal to enhance their learning.
• Work flexibly within a 24/7 environment, prioritizing student needs and the school's reputation.
• Participate in a professional development program to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Enthusiasm and motivation to work with young people in a residential setting.
• Relevant experience in activity leadership or youth work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Preferred

• Experience in delivering educational or co-curricular activities.
• Familiarity with international students and diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Experience with activity journaling or student engagement programs.
• Previous experience in a summer school or similar educational setting.
