Senior Leadership Team Administrator sought in Manchester. Support SLT with administrative and logistical tasks.

The Opportunity:
As a Senior Leadership Team Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth running of the school. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of a school committed to excellence in education and student welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proofread letters, meeting minutes, and Board Reports for SLT members
- Coordinate and manage termly governance paperwork and logistics
- Support the student induction process and act as a first point of contact for student inquiries
- Organise internal and external meetings, including catering and room arrangements
- Coordinate and manage social events, liaising with venues and suppliers
- Maintain and update the school calendar and event schedule
- Assist in the policy review process and attendance management
- Support exams officer functions, including entries, timetabling, and secure storage of exam materials
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in administrative support across multiple departments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a school or educational environment
Preferred
- Experience in student services or attendance management
- Familiarity with exams officer duties and JCQ requirements
- Experience in marketing or recruitment activities
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between £30,000 and £34,000
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
