The Opportunity:

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the school’s environment by overseeing general maintenance, cleaning, and security services. This is an opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a school that is focused on student success and staff well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks and log all maintenance, cleaning, and security activities on the Trust’s electronic reporting system.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to address any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support the school in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols across the school.
  • Monitor and report on the condition of school facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Trust’s maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and communications related to site management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in maintenance, cleaning, or security services within an educational setting.
  • Ability to use electronic reporting systems for logging and tracking tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work term time only, with additional hours as required.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a school or educational environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with facility management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
