Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and secure running of exams in line with school and external regulations.
  • Monitor and supervise students during exams with a calm, professional, and observant approach.
  • Maintain a fair and respectful atmosphere throughout the exam process.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to the Exams Officer promptly.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during exam sessions.
  • Support the school’s commitment to high standards and integrity in all examinations.
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of exam materials as required.
  • Communicate effectively with students and staff to ensure clarity and understanding.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • A reliable and punctual attitude.
  • A professional and respectful approach to working with young people.

Preferred

  • Experience in an educational or supervisory role.
  • Previous experience in exam invigilation or similar roles.
