Key Responsibilities:

- Support student progress through individualized attention and proactive pastoral care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Stay up to date with developments in Spanish teaching and curriculum design.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to support their academic and personal growth.
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to promote student success.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in creating and delivering engaging and innovative lessons.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching students aged 11-18.
- Familiarity with co-curricular activities and performing arts.
- Experience in a school setting with a focus on individual attention and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and technologies.
