Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality coaching sessions in football, cricket, and rugby.
- Encourage and support the development of all students, regardless of ability.
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth.
- Ensure sessions are engaging, safe, and aligned with the school’s values.
- Collaborate with other staff to support the overall development of students.
- Monitor and report on student progress and participation.
- Maintain a high standard of conduct and professional behavior at all times.
- Participate in any additional school events or activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified and experienced sports coach with a passion for football, cricket, and rugby.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with children of all ages and abilities.
- Commitment to inclusive and positive coaching practices.
- Full, clean driving license and access to a car (due to the location of the school).
Preferred
- Experience in coaching within a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development and sports psychology.
- Previous experience in working with children in a team environment.
- First Aid and sports safety qualifications.
