The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independent learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an innovative and challenging curriculum.
- Support the delivery of games and physical education, contributing to the school’s holistic approach to education.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students reach their full potential.
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student development and achievement.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and personal development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative where needed.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology in education.
- Experience with outdoor learning or co-curricular activities.
- Knowledge of Mandarin or Performing Arts is advantageous.
