The Opportunity:

We are seeking two Sports Graduates to join our accomplished sports team and contribute to a wide range of sporting and co-curricular activities. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in teaching and coaching across multiple sports, with the potential for renewal after one year.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach across a variety of sports and provide cover for fixtures, including weekends and evenings.
Contribute to the school’s sporting and co-curricular programme.
Support the development of student athletes and promote a culture of respect and integrity.
Work closely with the Director of Sport to ensure the successful delivery of the sports programme.
Assist in the planning and delivery of sports events and competitions.
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall mission of the school.
Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Recent graduate with a degree in sports science, physical education, or a related field.
Commitment to the school’s values of respect, kindness, humility, integrity, and resilience.
Ability to coach and teach across a range of sports.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with young people in an educational setting.
