The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of PE and coaching across the curriculum.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of sports sessions in netball, hockey, cricket, football, and rugby.
• Gain experience in a range of sports, including swimming and swim-teaching.
• Participate in coaching, umpiring, and training across all main sports.
• Contribute to the development of students’ physical and social skills through sport.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to enhance the school’s co-curricular programme.
• Promote the values of kindness, commitment, and integrity through sporting activities.
• Support the school’s mission of fostering well-rounded, confident, and capable individuals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant graduate qualification or equivalent.
• Coaching or playing experience in at least two of the school’s main sports.
• Willingness to gain experience in other sports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the school’s mission and values.

Preferred

• Swimming or swim-teaching experience.
• Experience in working with children or young people.
• Knowledge of sport and physical education curriculum development.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
