A Student Support Worker is needed to help students reach their full potential through one-to-one support and small group interventions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on young people's education and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with Education Health Care Plans in and out of the classroom
• Deliver small group interventions tailored to student needs
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Assist in the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support student progress
• Provide guidance and encouragement to students of all abilities
• Maintain a calm and engaging approach when working with students
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to relate to students in a calm and engaging manner
• A positive attitude and willingness to be a role model
• Understanding of how children learn and progress

Preferred

• Previous experience working in a classroom environment
• Experience supporting students with special educational needs
• Familiarity with Education Health Care Plans
