The Opportunity:

A Summer Camp Monitor (Native English Speaker) is needed to support a two-week programme for students, ensuring a safe and engaging experience. The role involves leading activities, promoting language development, and contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting students during camp activities
• Leading games, workshops, and outdoor activities in English
• Ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
• Encouraging student engagement and participation in English-language activities
• Collaborating with other staff to deliver a cohesive and enriching programme
• Monitoring student behaviour and well-being throughout the camp
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required
• Providing feedback to the camp leadership team

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Native level of English
• Enthusiastic and responsible attitude
• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience in a school or educational setting
• Previous experience in camp or youth leadership roles
• Knowledge of child development and behaviour management
• Familiarity with British curriculum standards
