Key Responsibilities:

• Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities, focusing on technique, fitness, and water safety.
• Supervise and manage the work of swimming assistants to ensure effective lesson delivery.
• Ensure constant supervision of students in and around the pool to maintain a safe environment.
• Plan and deliver engaging, structured swimming lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Organize and participate in swimming galas, competitions, and other sports-related events.
• Liaise with class teachers and staff to coordinate student care and supervision.
• Lead and run extra-curricular swimming programs to enhance student engagement and skill development.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• UAE approved Swimming Coach Certificate
• First Aid Certificate and CPR knowledge
• Qualified to teach swimming and act as a lifeguard

Preferred

• Experience in teaching swimming techniques to students of all ages and abilities
• Knowledge of pool operations, risk management, and emergency procedures
• Experience in organizing competitions and managing logistics for swimming events
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with school staff, parents, and external organizations
