Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Design Technology using appropriate syllabi and materials to develop students' skills and knowledge.
• Plan and deliver lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities and learning needs.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and engagement.
• Support students with special educational needs, English as an Additional Language (EAL), and gifted and talented students.
• Manage classes effectively and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
• Facilitate hybrid, distance, and face-to-face learning in line with school policies.
• Reflect on teaching practices and make adjustments to improve student outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders in a diverse, multicultural setting.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar teaching role.
• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Experience teaching EAL students.

Preferred

• Recent and consistent involvement in extra-curricular activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in hybrid or distance learning environments.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student well-being and development.
