The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate student wellbeing, behaviour, and academic progress using data-informed systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding student progress and wellbeing.
• Manage assessment scheduling and end-of-term exam coordination.
• Support and mentor new or struggling teachers in classroom management and pedagogy.
• Lead the Grade 6 transition programme from Primary to Middle School.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Undergraduate degree and relevant teaching qualification
• Minimum of four years teaching experience
• Commitment to the school's vision and mission
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure

Preferred

• Leadership experience in pastoral or assessment roles
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
• Experience with the Massachusetts Common Core Curriculum
• Familiarity with student data management systems
