Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective T Level Nursing lessons to students aged 16-19
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that support student learning and achievement
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of teaching and learning across the school
• Support students in developing the skills and confidence needed for future careers in nursing
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant experience in nursing or healthcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to gain one
