Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PE department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

• Oversee the management of sports facilities, equipment, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in PE and sports education.
• Proven leadership experience within a school or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of sports and physical education curricula.
• Experience in managing a department and leading a team of staff.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

• Experience in developing and delivering innovative PE programs.
• Background in coaching or representing in competitive sports.
• Experience in working with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with technology in education and its application in PE.
