Summary:

T Level Placement Administrator needed at a school rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

The Opportunity:

As a T Level Placement Administrator, you will support the management of industry placements and apprenticeship applications, helping students connect with industry partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring students gain valuable work experience and career opportunities through T Level programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all administration related to T Level industry placements
  • Organise and deliver events to attract industry partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners
  • Provide support to students applying for apprenticeships
  • Ensure all documentation and communication is accurate and timely
  • Work flexibly to meet the changing needs of the school
  • Assist with the delivery of student-facing support and guidance
  • Maintain records and track progress of students on placements

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Education to A Level, with GCSE passes in English and Maths
  • Experience in administration within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ICT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and good attendance record
  • Commitment to the ethos and values of the school

Preferred

  • Experience in education or school administration
  • Knowledge of T Levels and apprenticeships
  • Experience in managing and supporting students in career-related programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
