The Opportunity:
As an Estates Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the school’s facilities and estates. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage maintenance activities across the school site
- Support the management of contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to estates and facilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of school events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the Estates team and other departments
- Ensure the day-to-day running of school facilities is efficient and effective
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and manage requests
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estate management processes
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar administrative or support role
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and standards
Preferred
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Familiarity with facility management systems and software
- Understanding of building maintenance and operations
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required
