The Opportunity:

As an Estates Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the school’s facilities and estates. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance activities across the school site
  • Support the management of contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to estates and facilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of school events and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Estates team and other departments
  • Ensure the day-to-day running of school facilities is efficient and effective
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and manage requests
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estate management processes

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar administrative or support role
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and standards

Preferred

  • Experience working in an educational setting
  • Familiarity with facility management systems and software
  • Understanding of building maintenance and operations
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required
