Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
  • Proven experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Ability to teach English at Key Stage 5.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

  • Experience in leadership or mentoring roles within a school.
  • Familiarity with Catholic values and ethos.
  • Experience with pastoral care and student support.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
