Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Experience of delivering high-quality teaching to GCSE standard.
  • Proven ability to achieve sustained outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Demonstrated experience in innovation and creativity in teaching and learning.

Preferred

  • Experience in a leadership or pastoral role within a school setting.
  • Experience with teaching in a faith-based or diverse educational environment.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
