• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school’s ongoing research-informed practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
• Experience of teaching Language and Literature at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Commitment to student-centred learning and inclusive education.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience of leading on literacy initiatives or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme.
• Experience of teaching at 11-19 level.
• Passion for research-informed teaching and continuous professional development.
