Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons that promote curiosity and critical thinking.
Support student progress through tailored teaching and assessment strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a high-quality Science curriculum.
Monitor and assess student learning to ensure outstanding progress and attainment.
Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed.
Participate in professional development and school improvement initiatives.
Contribute to extracurricular activities and science-related events.
Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
Proven experience in Science teaching at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Science education.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Experience of working in a multi-academy trust or similar educational partnership.
Experience with curriculum development and innovation.
Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership roles.
Experience with inclusive education and supporting diverse learners.
